During the last year I had developed very serious arthritis in my left hand which made it very painful to lift items or manipulate things with this hand.

Within 2 weeks of purchasing and using copper insoles in my shoes the pain had disappeared and it was possible to manipulate items as normal with this hand which seems life a miracle as it really had started to become quite debilitating and painful.

It is now 6 weeks on since the purchase and my hand is normal.
