PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS YOU SHOULD NOT PROCEED WITH PLACING AN ORDER. WE MAY CHANGE THE FORMAT AND CONTENT OF THE SITE, INCLUDING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME. YOU SHOULD CHECK THESE TERMS EACH TIME YOU REVISIT THE SITE.

1. USE OF THE SITE
1.1 References to "we", "us" or "our" throughout
www.theoriginalcopperheeler.com ("the Site") are to Orthotics Online Limited which operates the Site.
1.2 The use of the Site and the purchase of any goods from the Site is governed by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you.
1.3 There is no charge imposed by us for accessing the Site but you must pay the cost of the communications link you use to visit the Site.
1.4 Access to the Site may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

2. LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
We accept no responsibility for web sites or other information, practices or products of other parties linked to the Site. Your dealings with persons found via the Site are between you and such persons and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of such dealings.

3. CONTRACT FORMATION
3.1 Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the goods indicated by you and you acknowledge that we may decline to sell to you any goods for any reason. All advertisements and communications made by us are invitations to treat only and are not offers. This means that if goods are shown on the Site but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, we shall not be obliged to sell you those goods.

4. ORDERING
4.1 You will be charged the current price for buying goods from the Site at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on the Site in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
4.2 A delivery charge is added in the manner set out in the ordering form, £3.95 for UK deliveries, £5.95 for European countries and £8.95 for the rest of the world.

5. DELIVERY
5.1 We will deliver within the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, and worldwide,†and the relevant delivery charge is set out in the ordering form, which you complete before submitting your order.
5.2 We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver goods to the place you have stated on your online ordering form within seven days of us accepting your order although we cannot guarantee that delivery will take place during that time period. You agree that delivery may take any time up to 28 days.

6. CANCELLATION
6.1 You may cancel your order any time up to 7 working days after the day of receipt of the goods. You may cancel your order by sending us a written request whether by post, e-mail or by telephoning us. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
6.2 If you cancel your order you must return the goods to: Orthotics Online, 12 New Cavendish Street, London W1G 8UN. You must bear the cost of returning the goods. If you fail to return the goods within a reasonable period we will charge you for the costs of us collecting the goods.
6.3 If you cancel your order and apply for a refund within 30 days of you receiving the goods as set out in clause 6.1, we will refund any sums which you have paid to us except the sums set out in clause 6.2.

7. DISCLAIMERS
7.1 We reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any information shown on the Site. Prices are subject to change without notice.
7.2 We exclude liability to you for any unforeseeable loss or damage which you may suffer as a result of our negligent performance of any services provided to you except in relation to death and personal injury. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE GOODS.

8. FORCE MAJEURE We will not be responsible for any failure to deliver goods to you or for any delay in delivery or damage to goods which is caused by events or circumstances beyond our control.

9. GOVERNING LAW These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be referred to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
